New start........new turtle-man......
Ok........so I think i left my last entry up for a respectful amount of time. If you missed it.....are still reading my diary.........and want to read the letter.......Pookie....it's my last entry. Anyhow.......
It was a good but extremely busy weekend. Saturday, Baby went out with the kid and they bought 4 new fancy guppies, 4 ghost shrimp, an indigo beta, and a HUGE snail. The kid named one of the guppies fuego b/c it's red. baby named the beta The Great Cornholio, but we call it Beavis for short. The snail keeps trying to mate with our other 3 snails. It never seems to give up!! Then she realized that we hadn't cleaned out the tank yet, so the new guys had to go in bowls of water spread all over the kitchen, but she had already put the shrimp in there....long story short on the lil shrimpy guys.......1 survived. So......we cleaned out the tank (30 gallon beast) which took until almost 4am, but looks great now. Around sunset I took the kid to the park to release Thor. Our little boy's all grown up and he can now molest girl turtles instead of the aquarium decorations. Baby and the kid went and picked out a new turtle! OH MY FREAKING GAWD HE IS TOOO CUTE!! We're talking about the size of a US quarter is his shell! He's another Red Eared Slider and the kid picked out the name.........Honu, which is the hawaiian and maori word for turtle. Sunday we cleaned the house back up. Yesterday was baby's first day of college & she's already the student body president of the medical department. That's my woman. This is typical fare for her. She is the social butterfly, after all. Today the kid had her orientation and her 2 best friends are in her class again. Brianna and lil Oliver....he'll be so fucking happy. Her bully from last year isn't even at her school anymore, so she's real excited about that one! Tomorrow...1st day of 2nd grade!! Whoo hoo! OOOHHH GIANT GUPPIE!!!
