Happy updating time.............from work..............oops..............
Well, I haven’t written in a while. I’ve been so freaking bz! Can I just say that we had the BEST WEEKEND EVER last weekend?!!!!!? OMG!! We rented a hotel room and it was GRRRRRRREAAT! We brought all of our toys (blindfold, cat-o-nine tails, ropes of various sorts, paddle-guy..), had a king size bed & a couch! It hurt so bad to have to leave and go back to the parents house. It was only for one night, but we are planning on doing it again after Spring Break & making a long weekend outta it. We’re thinking of going down to Ft. Myers….know of any good place???
The kid’s doing pretty good these days. Not perfect, but what do you expect from a 7 y/o? We’re still in family therapy together and she seems to really be enjoying it lately. I think she likes the lady and the attention. Plus, she loves that during our hour to kill time (between school letting out and her appt starting) we hang out at a fishing dock that’s covered in giant brown iguanas! They’re amazing!! They watch us about as much as we stare at them & the way they run…too cute! She’s getting so freaking tall, man! She’s been wearing her hair up lately without fuss! Weird. My kid’s growing up, I guess. It’s about damn time. She’s gotten completely outta pink (and they all rejoiced....yaaaaaaa) & is soooooooo digging Marilyn Manson’s Hollywood album! Waa ha ha, my work is almost completed! M&D are being themselves, but they could be a whole lot worse, so I’m not complaining. Baby’s in school, so she’s happy & that means $$$$$$. My job is still fabulous & I hit my 1 month a week ago. They’re all so damn sweet here & they really seem to like me. I went to one of their houses, N’s, for a PartyLite party & it was fine. Her living room is done in African/Christian motif. Verwee Eeeentelesting. I survivid sitting in a room w/christian crap in it! Chica works in a tattoo parlor on her off time and actually got married at the shop this week! Well, that’s all for now, I guess. We’re still going on our walks & life is kindof stable, for a change.
